From the moment I arrived at the Hilton Tampa, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it easy to relax right away. The location was super close to the airport, the had luggage storage and a shuttle to and from the airport. The food was good. There was plenty to do in the area everything was in a 10- 20min walk.
Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is well appointed.

We skipped breakfast because we had to be at the airport by 7:00 AM. Dinner was good, service was slow, due to only one server working.
The Convenience of the hotel, the room was very relaxful and quiet.

Juan the Front Desk Supervisor was the absolute BEST! He deserves an employee of the year award! He made sure our stay was AMAZING!

I think you should add a microwav to each room. No one wants to leave the room late at night to heat food.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect for a great night sleep. The location was close to the airport which is what we were looking for. I'm also very sensitive to cleaning solutions and there were no lingering scents.
